# Shipping & Returns Policy - Artwork Culture
At Artwork Culture, we are committed to delivering your beautiful wall art prints safely and efficiently. We understand that you're excited to transform your space with our curated collection, and we strive to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
## Processing Time
All orders require a 1-2 business day lead time for processing and preparation. During this time, our team carefully inspects, packages, and prepares your wall art prints for shipment. Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
## Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your delivery needs:
**Standard Shipping** - We partner with USPS (United States Postal Service) for our standard shipping option. This cost-effective method typically delivers within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Standard shipping includes tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
**Express Shipping** - For faster delivery, we utilize UPS services for express shipping. Express orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. This premium option includes comprehensive tracking, signature confirmation, and enhanced package protection.
## Packaging & Protection
Every wall art print is carefully packaged using protective materials including rigid mailers, corner protectors, and moisture-resistant wrapping to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Larger prints may be shipped in specially designed tubes or flat packaging depending on size and material.
## Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas
Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We currently ship to all 50 United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and extended delivery times.
## Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your wall art purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid return label. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit or due to our error. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package's progress using the provided tracking number.
